The entry-level class into our Secondary School is Year 7, and in the first three years, our students are introduced to more advanced studies in English, Mathematics, and Sciences.
At the end of the three years, our students sit for the Checkpoint Examination. As one of the best secondary schools in Nigeria, our students have to undergo the Checkpoint Examination, BECE, because it helps us to understand their strengths and weaknesses – in preparation for the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) and West Africa Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE).
We nurture our secondary school students to have the following five learner attributes: 1. To help students develop an ability to think critically towards optimizing their potentials; 2. Understand their faith and create opportunities to develop integrity and self-esteem in a conducive and stimulating environment; 3. Engaged intellectually and socially, and ready to make a difference.
This gives our students the opportunity to develop social interaction skills and good work ethics in a professional working environment.
The work experience placement enables them to practice what is learnt in theory and better prepare them for a career of their choice.
We have conducive boarding accommodation in a serene environment, tailored towards preparing students for adult life.
The hostels have a central area equipped with Wi-Fi internet, where students can come together to study and socialize. Adult supervision is guaranteed as we have experienced live-in boarding house parents.
