                                       Welcome to another exciting school year 2023/2024

Dear Parents,

Welcome to the 2023/2024 academic session. This year promises to be all engaging and exciting one as we work together to improve our ISL family and community at large.

The theme for the year is ‘Integrating Morals & Learning’. Our main objective is to empower as many schools as we can with educational resources such as educational charts and games. We feel the need to do this as many of the schools around are not as equipped as we are with the necessary teaching resources needed for learning.

This is a quick overview of our activities for the year:

• We are starting the year off with our usual Crazy Socks Day event. This time there is going to be a twist to it; more details will come soon.
• In term two, we will be holding our Chocolate Friendship Day, which is a spin on Valentine ’s Day. We will be sharing lots of goodies and friendly messages with friends and family.
• Our Grand finale is our “Diversity day.” We wish to recognize and celebrate the diverse cultures within the ISL/ISSL community. We will be having an array of different attires, flags, dances, food and literature. Prepare to be amazed by the rich diversity in ISL/ISSL!

We would like to appeal for your usual support by availing the students with funds for each event. More information will be sent specifying the exact amount required for each event.

As usual, all the proceeds from the events will be channeled towards our theme which is to ‘lend a hand and make a difference”.

We appreciate your usual support for and your participation in our events and we look forward to a very rewarding year ahead.
